Morazan is a lovely modern hotel right in front of the airport. The room is immaculate, the furniture are in pristine conditions, and everything inside works. The pillows and bed are fluffy, clean, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi connects automatically without a password. They have smart Samsung TV with Netflix and YouTube installed and the remote is easily navigated. The sink and shower have adjustable hot water. The experience feels like it comes from a 5-star hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised. Kudos, management. I am looking forward to come back. 29/06/25

Overall, the service was very satisfying. I stayed for two nights for my wife's assignment, and we were actually allocated a room by the ministry. However, we opted to book a smart room, which the front office said, "Sorry, the room is small, sir," even though Traveloka listed it as 20m2. Upon entering, the room was still quite spacious and comfortably arranged. There was enough space for two people to pray in congregation, and there was also a table and chairs for making drinks and a place to work on a laptop. The Wi-Fi in our room on the 5th floor, room 502, was quite stable, reaching 50Mbps, enough to compensate for the fluctuating Telkomsel signal. For breakfast, I paid Rp 100,000 myself because my wife was covered by a group. All the food was delicious, and the variety was good for two days. Unfortunately, it rained continuously throughout the two days in Kulon Progo, so to avoid boredom, I ordered food online. There were several food vendors nearby, such as gudeg, that suited my tastes. There were also food vendors on both sides, but I haven't had a chance to try them yet. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service, thank you, Morazen.

Every time I go abroad and take an early flight, my husband and I always try to stay at a hotel near the airport. Our last choice was Morazen. We tried a new hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. However, the breakfast menu was mostly Western, or maybe because most of the guests were foreigners, but overall it was OK.

You've added color to our impromptu vacation, from the delicious food, the comfortable hotel atmosphere, the helpful staff, and the friendliness, beyond question... they're so friendly...
The airport pick-up and drop-off were on time...
It was so comfortable, my toddler didn't want to go home 😅
The only downside is that backpacking with toddlers is a bit of a hassle, and the play areas are far away.
