Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, in the middle of the city, lots of places to eat around the hotel, the downside is there is no lift, the food is also not very varied

The room was very clean, even though you had to climb stairs and the lock was old-fashioned.
However, when I was about to have breakfast, the previous guest's dishes were left on the table, and no one was there to look after them.
There were no clean plates or glasses when I wanted to eat.
Even though it was only 8:00 a.m., no one was in the dining room.

Not recommended, less than 1 hour after checking in, immediately checked out again, the hotel is under renovation from the entrance to the room, the floor is dusty, got the 3rd floor, many rooms that are open from the 2nd floor are not occupied, the stairs are steep, some of the ceramic floor tiles are still open, the stair handrail is wobbly, privacy is lacking because there are workers working on the stair access and there is no lift

Sorry, we didn't inform you beforehand that our hotel was renovating some of the rooms and stairs to the rooms. The renovations will be finished this week. We are still considering installing the lift because our hotel only has 3 floors. Thank you.
