整體很棒的住宿體驗。一出海關就有免費接送。 櫃台服務的小弟非常貼心，住宿當晚訂了klook的螢火蟲，司機delay了半個小時，他一直很熱心的幫我們打電話確認、發現忘了帶轉接頭沒辦法充電時，也很熱心的幫我們查找，最後拿了他自己的充電器給我們，真的很感謝。 剛進去時有油漆味，房間晚上燈光稍嫌昏暗，空間很剛好、舒適，浴室的熱水器較不熱、冷氣很強，蚊蟲有點多，早餐很豐富。 離海邊很近，有兩個沙灘可以選擇，走路約3分鐘就可到達，海水及沙灘都非常美，我們很喜歡。 kelong的海鮮滿好吃的，但pool bar的BBQ普通。 對於從新加坡過去只待在渡假村內不換印尼盾也很方便，村內都可以刷卡。

Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 17. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults or 1 adult with 1 child (aged 3 – 11 years old). Extra person/extra bed can not be accommodate for this property

Hotel is provided complimentary 2-ways land transfer between Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal to Hotel.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Child age: 3-11 years old is chargeable for extra bed. Below 3 years old is free of charge.

Nirwana Gardens Resort is not responsible or liable for any injury or fatality caused by accidents at our hotel. Participation in any activity is not without risk which may result in injury or even death. The hazards include risk of injury from rental equipment, rocky coast, uneven terrain exposure, animal/plant life, and other people in the vicinity. By proceeding with this booking, I hereby represent that I understand the inherent dangers of any of the activities offered by PT Alam Indah Bintan (Nirwana Gardens) and am aware of the risks involved. I hereby release and exempt PT Alam Indah Bintan (Nirwana Gardens), its operators, directors, agents, shareholders, officers and employees (hereinafter called Released Parties) from all liability for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death and cause of action of any kind caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties, or arising from the rental or use of the equipment or howsoever caused, any claims, demands and liabilities of any kind whatsoever (including legal fees and medical evacuation costs) arising from the accident or injury.

The bed is comfortable, but the drainage in bathroom is a big problem, water stucked in the whole toilet. The TV is not that watchable, and the lights are not enough to make the room so dimmed. Wi-fi is so slow also :( Everything like bathing kits are provided upon request only. But if you just want to enjoy your holiday by swimming, sunbathing and sleeping. This is a good choice as the price is fair.

The resort has various room to choose, we stayed in the cheap one, it is like a local beach lodge. It is basic but fair enough, however the description was misleading when I book and we have to pay more finally. Other facilities are nice, good for kids. The food count in resort center provides the best food, don't try the restaurants next to the pool, expensive and awful taste.

We went there for 1 day. The staff is good and breakfast is international buffet style. Free bus to and from Niwana Beach Club to all resort areas. The resort and swimming pool is wonderful. Recommend to all people who want to get relaxation with family.

The cabin was old and the toilet is smelly. No towel was provided until I made the request from their staff and no complimentary bottled water as describe. Don't except it will be a villa type cabin. This is more suitable for backpackers. The beaches around is nice and we can get access to all the recreation factilities including the pools in the resort area. The buffet breakfast is great with much variety of food.

係碼頭落船就有shuttle bus，D職員好熱情甘幫我地拎行李。十分鐘就去到酒店，個酒店好近沙灘，都好近個water sports centre。個沙灘好靚，ｄ水好清！個度既職員都好ｎｉｃｅ好熱情。去邊都有shuttle bus,都幾方便,不過要30分鐘一班.如果密Ｄ會好Ｄ。唯一有樣野唔好既就係，夜晚返酒店個陣，門口個度有好多四腳蛇，不過其實都避免唔到係Ｄ大自然地方，如果唔驚既朋友都冇咩問題。
