the hotel is old, old and insufficient facilities. unfriendly and inefficient staff. no one escorted us to the room, it took 2 days to fix the safe, and hours to bring my luggage to my room. my kids (5 and 6 years old) didn't even enjoy a tiny bit of the kids room, which was the first time since their first travel. totally disappointed!

酒店是一个适合度假的地方。游泳池不错，还有小孩子的娱乐设施。酒店每天还安排免费的活动。早上的自助餐很好吃。我们4个人还有个1岁的宝宝，住了个套房。房间很大，还有开放的厨房，适合家庭度假。服务挺好的，酒店整体都挺干净的。去沙滩的话酒店也有免费的班车，不过酒店周围比较没有东西走，纯粹适合度假的地方。

酒店靠近购物中心,非常方便,我定的是行政套房,到了酒店后免费升级到豪华行政套房,很高兴,房间大,有自己的私家花园和游泳池,非常漂亮,早餐很丰盛,酒店的海滩要坐车过去,但很方便,15分钟一趟,沙滩很美,最可贵的是可以游泳。不错,赞一个!

Breakfast was the best, so much variety. We were upgraded to one bedroom suite, these rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Staff are very welcoming. Would highly recommend for families if wanting a quiet area to stay. We were a family of 10 with three rooms.

Nusa Dua is very chilled area, some people say boring, we loved how safe and peaceful it was. Novotel is an older style hotel, heavy Balinese furniture, dark colors. Everything is clean, beautiful gardens but it is an old hotel. I loved the huge pool, surrounded by the apartments/hotel rooms. It is a big hotel however you can let your kids wonder as you know they are safe. The food is nice, massage is perfect. The flora and fauna are just beautiful. The people are always smiling; nothing is too much. No USB charger points and just their local power outlets, but you can get adapters for free from the reception. The money exchange within the hotel was the best we saw. At the back gate (yes, there is two entrances) there are some minimarts and cheap massage places. No restaurants though. The beach club for us was a bit boring, nothing is really there, but an easy 5 minutes' walk or shuttle bus

Staff and other team are excellent and extremely helpful for everything but only thing didn’t work with our expectations is the room size they show on booking page is incorrect as we have chosen delux for 2 adults and 2 kids but it only had 2 single beds. The beds are definitely not good enough to accommodate 2+2 in one room.

From night 1 we had issues with the air con in our room. The staff came to fix it and they made a temporary fix with the air con having iced up and needed re-gassing. By the 4th night the air con had the same fault. The staff again came to fix it at 7pm but said it would need an hour to defrost. By 10pm no one had returned and the air con still wasn’t working correctly
