Pasangan yang sudah menikah harus memiliki dan memperlihatkan identitas diri seperti KTP suami-Istri / fotokopi Buku Nikah / minimal foto-foto pernikahan pada saat registrasi (check-in). Pihak hotel berhak untuk membatalkan / menolak reservasi jika tamu tidak dapat / menolak menunjukkan kartu identitas yang diminta. Hotel has a sharia policy. Will not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos. Failing / refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation.

This is a great place to stay, although you are in a budget. I had a standard room with a shared bathroom, which is right in front of my door. The room is comfortable with AC, TV, and a washbasin for basic cleaning and washup. The hotel itself is within walking distance from Plaza Medan Fair nad Petisah market. The pedestrian access is not that good though, but still walkable. You have an option to use grab, gojek, or any conventional taxi to go to any directions in Medan. I will definitely return to this hotel on my future trip to Medan.

We stayed at Permata Inn in January 2019. I booked the room on app for Rp. 137.000, which is cheaper than paying at the venue itself. We got a clean, decent room with a/c, a comfortable bed, a tiny sink and a television. The shared bathroom was also clean, and right next to our door. Free drinking water, we enjoyed our stay! Wifi signal wasn't too strong though.

I stayed in their Standard room and Premier room, would definitely recommend premier room. Very friendly staff. Standard room was small, and had basin outside of the bathroom. Makes the floor wet when i wash my face or brush my teeth. Location is kinda far from most attraction, but that can be settled by Grab Car. Overall not a bad stay, but not a good stay either.
