The front desk officer was nice and helpful, however, the room was not readily prepared for us (my friend and I). The AC was not cold. It was kind of hot during the night. Besides, the shampoo and soap bottle was empty.

The hotel is located not far from Karawaci's super mall, just a bit off the beaten track and how to serve the poor from the guardian or waiter of this hotel.

The air conditioner isn't cold, the fridge isn't working, the room smells musty. Even though it was the most expensive room, I was only there for an hour to check out, because it was uncomfortable.

What's actually quite unsatisfactory is the fact that the original price of the hotel at a price on the Traveloka Site is more expensive, Pantesan's staff said don't use it. The Traveloka website came straight away, maybe it could be cheaper, it turned out to be even more expensive, poor.
