Pesam via traveloka pop harga 33x. 000 yang seharusnya Free Snack juga. Malah yg ada cuma teh dan kettle. Tau gitu pesen harga 2xx. 000 aja. Rugi. Nipu lah ini.

Hotel staff was great, but room aminities so low. There is brush, hand soap, no compliment bottle of water, pitcher water in the room consider not higienist. I worked in hospitality industry. I know about hotel very well. Duration of chek out time take too long. Not simple like other hotel.

Stayed here many times and the service is as good as it was, but please stop making your guest waiting for very long time after check-out to wait for your"room checking"ritual. I've had enough waiting for room checking from 5-15 minutes after check out.
