Location was great and met the expectation because its near from rkz hospital. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The bathroom dmand bedroom was ckean and smell good. Unfortunately, The food of the breakfast was cold so it was changing the food's taste.

Their food taste mid, they don't have a proper dinning hall, the variation of food is also not good, the fruit not fresh. When I arrived the chicken is out, and I have to ask before they send new chicken and it doesn't taste fresh.

The front office staff (Raka) didn't smile and talked too softly despite knowing I didn't catch what he was saying several times. When I tried to laugh it off, he kept staring at me with his stiff expression as if I was a weird guest. I arrived around Maghrib time, did the check-in process, and felt exhausted and your front office staff was welcoming the guest like that. So different from the other front office staff.

Pesam via traveloka pop harga 33x. 000 yang seharusnya Free Snack juga. Malah yg ada cuma teh dan kettle. Tau gitu pesen harga 2xx. 000 aja. Rugi. Nipu lah ini.
