Recommended place to stay while visiting Jogja. It's very close to the station, so you don't have to worry about traffic jams. It only takes a 5-minute walk. The service is good, the staff are friendly, and it's clean. Since I was staying for about 3 days, the room was also cleaned daily. It's very comfortable, and it's also close to Alfamidi, which is perfect for buying small, urgent needs. Success 👍🏻

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and comfortable, and there are snacks provided for breaking the fast. The hotel's surroundings are also clean. Food and transportation are easily accessible. It's close to souvenir and batik shopping centers, the train station, and bus tickets and package delivery. However, the bedroom is not very spacious, so you can't move around freely. Recommended for those who like to go out rather than stay in their room.

1. The first day, the AC wasn't cooling, but it was fine. When I complained, it was fixed immediately. 2. The TV wouldn't work, and YouTube wouldn't work. 3. When the earthquake struck around 1:10 a.m. while I was staying, there was no disaster alarm or announcement from the hotel, so I woke up quite late because I was sleeping. 4. On the last day, when I was using the restroom, the door suddenly locked, and I couldn't get out. The restroom lacked ventilation, and fortunately, I had my phone with me, otherwise I would have been trapped for hours. I can't imagine if I hadn't brought a communication device to the restroom (a very disappointing point for me because it wasted time and I missed the train). I've attached video evidence. 5. The Wi-Fi speed was poor, sometimes intermittent, so I used my personal data plan for the entire 3 days of my stay.
