The location is close to the city center, there are lots of snacks around the hotel, the room is spacious, the staff are all friendly, there is ample parking, the Wi-Fi is fast, the AC is cold, the hot water works well, there is an Indomaret in front of the hotel so if you need anything, there is quite a variety of breakfast. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here, it was not disappointing.

The hotel hallways need to be redecorated to make them brighter and more visually appealing. Add electrical outlets next to the beds, where the telephones are located. The dining area is a bit smelly, so please pay attention.

For the deluxe pool view, I thought it would be a king-size bed, but it turned out to be a queen-size bed, which was a bit small, haha. The security guard wasn't very informative about parking, so I had to drive around to see which one was available. Overall, it was okay.

The water dispenser in front of the room went off at 12 midnight. We were in room 638, right next to the water dispenser, and it was incredibly noisy. I asked the staff to replace the water in the dispenser or turn it off, but they still took a long time to act. After I unplugged the dispenser, I called, and then they came. Come on, you guys can do better.
