Clean, friendly service, kids-friendly. I stayed here for 2 days when my child had a birthday and was able to order a cake at the hotel. The facilities are great, with pools for both kids and adults, and a restaurant. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and easy to understand. I looked for a room with a bathtub and pool for around 550, which met my expectations. Atmosphere/Facilities: It's quiet, but it's busy at breakfast. The room isn't very soundproof, but overall it's okay. Food: Delicious and varied, good for kids and adults. Staff Assistance: Friendly. Highlights: Welcome drink. Price: Decent. Location: Close to town.

Booked a superior room and was upgraded to a deluxe room at no additional cost. It's quite nice, with an extra sofa in the room. The pool is clean and the gym is clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast is lacking; the chicken is bland and there aren't many options. I've stayed here four times and haven't had any issues, except for the breakfast itself. The taste hasn't changed since my first stay.

The room was okay, breakfast was standard but okay, from the menu to the taste. There was a problem with the bathroom, but it was quickly resolved. It's worth the price. The AC wasn't cold enough in the 12th-floor room.

The most annoying thing is that the room leaks a lot of sound, and they gave me a connecting door even though we're not in the same group or family as the room next door. Imagine me bringing two toddlers, and the room next door is noisy, screaming until 12 am. How could I not be annoyed? I was just about to fall asleep when I woke up again, and that continued until 12 am. Then I called the receptionist, but they just said yes but no action was taken. It was very annoying. Why wasn't I put in a room without a connecting door? Note, if there are guests with toddlers, please don't put them in rooms with connecting doors, they can disturb each other. If the child cries, it disturbs the other side, if the other side screams, the child can't sleep.

The rooms and bathrooms are poorly maintained, and the parking lot is small. Valet parking is available, but vehicles are still parked outside the hotel grounds and get hot. The staff is friendly. The room card and card reader at the door could be upgraded. Every time you enter the room, you have to ask for the card to be refreshed. Adding an extra bed wasn't possible in the room type I booked. The amenities in the room had been used by previous guests, but they weren't immediately replaced; they were left in the room.
