The room area is quite spacious, carpeted, cool, and clean. There is a desk that is quite adequate for those who want to work. The bathroom area is clean, spacious, and also has amenities (towels, soap, toothbrush, hair dryer). The breakfast menu is quite extensive, delicious, and varied. The room rate is competitive with other hotels in the area. If there is a need again, I am very okay to choose Quest San Hotel again.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom is also very clean. The corridor area is also clean. The only slight minus is that the room floor is not carpeted. If there was a carpet, it would be even better. Overall good, will repeat order next time

It's quite good for working while on holiday, staying at the Quest Sun Hotel. It's comfortable, cool, the staff are friendly, the location is quiet, far from the tourist crowds because it's in Denpasar city. The sheets smell a bit damp, so pay more attention so they don't smell musty.

Please be sensitive to the staff, because I had complained about the leaking AC but there was no immediate handling, resulting in the carpet being wet and smelly, overall it was okay, that was the only problem.

I've been here many times, and I've been here several times for Nyepi. It's comfortable, and the food is varied.
But yesterday the problem was the wifi.
Sorry, the wifi was really bad. It turns out the provider is MTM. It's also difficult to use on my phone. Working on my laptop is also difficult. Please fix it or replace it. Oh, and don't be mad at housekeeping. On the first day, two needles, similar to those used for headscarves, were found in the carpet under the desk in the deluxe room. Luckily, my 3.5-year-old daughter, who was playing on the carpet, didn't get stabbed. Her father's foot got stabbed. Maybe the vacuum didn't suck up everything.
