The staff was convinced they had given us an extra towel that was then missing, and it became a big deal to try and sort out. The staff seemed more concerned with finding a towel, that wasn't even nice, than with customer service.

It ' s always my first choice hotel when back to hometown. Room quite spacious, location is OK, got fridge and cleanliness is well maintained. The downside were no longer provide soap/shampoo and wifi connection was very bad inside my room except lobby or front corridor. During my 10th days stays never get wifi, complained they also can't help at all.

it was a 3 days trip to this city and this hotel choosen by myself according to the location and rate published by a recognized online travel agent. first, the check in process was so slow, none of any smile from female receptionist, they provide a non smoking room while I already put my request before, they send me to a queen sized room while I also mention a twin single bed at my book, cant sleep well since people doing a karaoke at the first floor, sink tap was leaking, and the breakfast have a tiny option. so the next day, I just packing up and move to another hotel.
