This hotel was very good in applying the new health protocols. Our breakfast was delivered to room, all staffs were disciplines in wearing mask, there were plentiful hand sanitizers everywhere. The room and all common space were clean. The location besides shopping mall was very convenience for guest to stroll around and find restaurants. Downstairs there was also a small minimarket. in weekend, the government closed one street lane for people to walk/jog/cycle. so its perfect, especially for the price. I love it and will definitely coming back in the future. keep up the good work.

The hotel is located next to Tangerang Square Mall. It is close to Pasar Lama, Tangerang. The room is very spacious.

The receptionist said that the room we got smoking room, although we notes that we ask for non-smoking room/floor. But the room sort of clean, so no smoke smell. AC leak and the water flow kind of small, but the staff response quite fast to solve the issue. For breakfast, they facilitate to convert them to sahur and deliver them to our room. Although some issue, could be better, but still recommended for now.

The aircon was not cool. But the cleanliness was okay. The bed was not so comfort. The pillow was okay. The bathroom okay.

This was my 2nd time staying @ this hotel and I've always been happy with service. All the crews are always helpful and pleasant (the restaurant attendants as well). I'll definitely come back next year. Ruben Mongula CA 🇺 🇸.
