The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the swimming pool is nice, making the children happy so they feel at home swimming and want to stay longer at this hotel. The room is quite large so you can sleep well and the bathtub is big so it is nice to soak in, the hotel atmosphere is calm and cool, comfortable for resting.

A highly recommended hotel and worth it to stay, the location is very strategic close to everywhere and there are many food vendors around the hotel, even the hotel restaurant is open 24 hours so you don't have to worry if you're hungry at night, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the hotel atmosphere is also nice, especially the pool area at night, it's nice to have coffee while relaxing. Thank you Royal hotel, will be a regular if I go to Jember again 😍❤.

Stayed here because it was too late to continue Banyuwangi, and looking for a hotel on New Year's Eve was quite difficult, finally found this hotel, the hotel has good access, close to the city, it seems like it used to be a 4 star hotel, maybe it was downgraded, the room was quite clean, only the sheets and bathroom equipment seemed to need to be updated, because they no longer looked white and fluffy, as did the towels, but the room was quite big and could be used for resting to continue the trip tomorrow, the receptionist was quite friendly and there was no security so you really went straight to the lobby without any directions, the food was quite varied, but many of the cutlery had cracked edges, it should be replaced because it was no longer white. If the management was better, it would be good because it was quite good for a vacation with the family with swimming pool facilities.

Clarity and firmness regarding non-smoking areas (especially inside the restaurant) One guest was smoking in the no-smoking area, but the staff didn't dare reprimand him. It seems that one of the staff (a superior) also smoked in the restaurant area, so the younger staff didn't dare reprimand him.
