This is a fraudulent hotel, don't believe this hotel, this hotel doesn't exist, there is only an empty building with a pamphlet with the name of the hotel, I've been tricked into 2 rooms, don't believe this hotwl is haunted and haunted, local residents say. This hotel is empty, don't be fooled.

This is a fraudulent hotel, don't believe it, I was cheated. The 2 rooms I ordered when I arrived at the location, there was only an empty building and the hotel, there was only a pamphlet, it was a hotel. It's haunted near the cemetery. Local residents already know it's a haunted hotel, so don't get trapped again. I've lost a lot of money.

Mengecewakan! Saya pesan dengan harga standar under 200rb, tp sampai hotel malah ditolak karena mereka merasa rugi. Salah kami dimana? Kami hanya pengguna aplikasi yang bayar sesuai harga di app. Ketika saya baru mau melapor manager mereka barulah dikasih masuk, tp sangat kecewa. Tidak dikasi handuk, pesan 3 kamar, 2 kamar ac nya rusak kali ya panas banget. Sekali lagi saya kesabang tidak akan pesen ini lagi. Terima kasih atas buruk layanannya. Saran untuk admin hotelnya, tolong kalau kasih harga di app ini yang benar, jangan kalo murah customernya disalahkan! Jangan menjebak.

Infrastructure and service facilities are not good, towels are not available if we don't ask for it, toothbrush soap and shampoo are not available, mineral water is not provided, the smell of the room is not good, the cleanliness of the room is not good, had time to take a shower in the morning.

Cheap room rates are very cheap, according to the picture, the rooms are extra large, spacious, and very clean! My wife and child are happy to have a hotel room like this. In the future, if I go to Sabang, I will stay here again.

CS is not friendly and the service is friendly, I checked in at 20.00 but the room has not been tidied up, waited almost 30 minutes. Then just told the room max can be placed 3 people at midnight when before the message was confirmed by telephone and CS said it could. Very not recommended.
