For room cleanliness is not bad, but not with the bathroom, especially water. Just a suggestion for the Sacca Team is more concerned with the cleanliness of the bathroom, water and toilet. Thank you

The service is not friendly, if possible, guests should not be indiscriminate. Then you shouldn't scold subordinates in front of guests. Until guests are ignored and want to check out. Hopefully it can be better 🙂.

The location is near the airport, the cleanliness of the place is quite good, the staff and owner are very friendly and very helpful. And the food was super good, if you want to order food, I suggest you all try the salted fish fried rice and sour fish sauce, it's really delicious.

The price is affordable actually, it was 260.000 something but you already got breakfast. The problem is hot water didn't work and the water came out from the wastafel was very stinky. The owner also needs to calm down herself when she 's angry to her staff infront of the costumers.

Hot water not working. In the room there is also no hot water maker, so you have to ask. Unfortunately when asked. The service is not satisfactory. It took so long to be sent to the room. Hopefully in the future it can be improved.
