The cleanliness of the room and the toilet was very bad. A lot of trash on the corridor and it was like no one clean the corridor. Trash bin was full so even I could not put my trash there.

A good hotel to stay in Batam. Bedroom is clean and tidy. A lot of TV channel although the picture is not clear. The carpet in outside room might need to be replaced as looks not attached properly into the floor. There are swimming pool and gym facility. Overall good stay.

AirCon was leaking the whole night. It leakage dropped made the floor wet. Dirty below the TV table, uncleaned yet I guess.

Just an ordinary hotel. Stable internet connection, decent breakfast food, good facilities, etc. My room has 'something' with the door system. For me it's fine, just use the card to avoid any damage. This hotel near to something like minimarket, food stall, pharmacy, etc.
