Been here for 2 nights stay with my friend is definitely a perfect choice! The room has a very godd AC, enough space for me and my friends with twin beds, all of the staff was very helpful and funny, especially Yandi who always ready to assist us🤣. They rent us two bikes as well for strolling around the island😊. Even tho santorini is a bit far from the central of Gili T, which is located on the west area of Gili T, I really don't mind because I can get the best sunset view ever along the beachside while I'm strolling around with my bike!^if I had any chance to come back to Gili T, I will choose Santorini for sure! Thankyou

This place is awesome! The best place to look the sunset, and it has unique decoration, also I will reccomend you this place if you want a quiet place to stay. The staffs service also excellent. I'll consider to stay at here again if I come back to Gili Trawangan.

We got the keys to check in at 2pm in room #26 it's on the south corner of the resort, the room has no view, but we're there to rest so we're fine with that spot, since if we got pool view it'll crowd with other guests who will use it. Room #26 pretty much like what they're describe on the app but smaller. No tv remote, we ask and they said in the drawer but we ain't found any. Once again it doesn't matter since we enjoy going out and resting with our own entertainment gadgets. The phone signal is very limited but we decided not to use the wifi bcs it's unencrypted. Despite all the understandable inconvenience we really appreciate about the staff who handling our heavy luggage (we couldn't give him the tip cause limited cash in hand), the older man kitchen staff that always responsive to get us the breakfast menu as scheduled, the receptionist who help us dry the old bath tub in our room (he said just need more heavy push the draining spot). So what makes us give the below average review? On our 3rd day stay, we ask if we can get help to get cidomo and private fast boat. The staffs (both the receptionist) easily said yes and everything is under control yet on the d-day we check out at 6.30am and no one staff is in there. We ask to get cidomo at 6.30 and getting on fast boat at 7am. Yet the emergency WA they leave at the receptionist isn't responded. We get the cidomo by our self at 7am and at the port we try to get the private boat by our self. Luckily we arrived at the airport on time as scheduled. Y'all could considering to stay here if you: - a lightweight stuffed traveler - stays only for a night - looking for quiet place - check in late in afternoon and check out on time at noon Lot of cons if you looking for: - resorts experience - heavy stuffed traveler - need a bigger room - looking for a night life experience I like to read on their seashore chairs in the afternoon tho. Just always open to consider that a lot of competitive resort on the west area of gili T that have a better quality and hospitality than here, okay?!

Go somewhere else! This place was such a disappointment! When we arrived it all seemed nice until we went inside the room. The room had a strong odor of mold and as soon as I went into the bathroom I was in pure disbelief! The place did not look like it was clean and the pictures are so deceiving. We asked the receptionist to change our room because my boyfriend has asthma and allergies. So they did and the second room was just as bad. I then asked for a refund because I was worried about my boyfriend and they said we could not get refunded. Later that night my boyfriend had to go to the doctor because his breathing was so bad and they gave him an inhaler. Save yourself the money and time and look for another place.

I'll be back here again, the staff is friendly, I just came and were given orange juice, the food and breakfast was delicious too, I won't give up coming here, if I go to Gili, come here again! See you.

It was amazing that we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Rigandi and Mr. Asep and other staff who provided a simple but delicious breakfast, helped luggage to the upper room of their choice, provided rental bicycles to go around the island, helped find the wife's wallet at the Pearl Trawangan hotel restaurant where we were dinner by the beach. Continue to improve and maintain the quality of service. Bravo.

Our family was very happy to stay at Santorini Beach Resort and we were very satisfied with the service provided, the people there were very friendly, from the time we came and checked out, the service provided was very friendly. The place is also clean and comfortable, the food is delicious.
