I choose the standard room. I'm ok with the old furniture as long as it is clean and cozy. The lights are comfortable enough for my eyes cause I have to type and read a lot. The breakfast is tasty. What I like the most are the weather I feel like in Lembang cold. While it is in the city, the vast parking lot so my car doesn't have to wait long to park like in other new hotels (cramped parking lot) and of course the "saung" or gazebo where I can type, read or just relax cause the wind is cool. Overall I like the hotel.

Overall okay for hotels ranging from 4 to 500 thousand, just try adding a hairdyer in the room and the breakfast menu, adding the salad yesterday there was no salad. But overall very satisfied, the service is very good from hotel employees from security, customer service to the cleaning service, everything is polite and friendly, keep like this, it's great, just don't regret choosing Sany Rosa Hotel.

The rooms are clean, the swimming pool is okay, the toilets are clean, the price is affordable, the water heater works well, the sugar coffee tea is complete, it's just that the tissue on the room table provided is only a little so that only how many sheets have been used. But overall okay for Sany Rosa Hotel ๐

The location is quite strategic. All officers are fast and friendly. From security, Mr. Budi, to the front office, Mr. Praise, the best, the OB was also fast at that time. (probably) because it was still the impact of the pandemic, so the room we got was a bit less good. The room is stuffy, the sheets make itchy. Certainly not comfortable to rest. Thanks, Mr. Puji, at midnight trying to help us get a replacement room. But alas, I lost my face wash when I changed rooms, even though I just bought the at*my soap, if anyone finds it, please let me know, oh yeah, the second night before morning in the hall it was really noisy, there was a pencak silat event, I couldn't sleep well , so far..b - that's okay, especially since we took 2 nights, hopefully in the future Sany Rosa Hotel will be even better. Thanks.
