well, the room was nice, all the compliment was fine. maybe because of the pandemic, the breakfast only bread, not toast with the filling requested. and it was served to the room. quite near with the street food, because it is near the bus & train station maybe. the security and the staff was nice also. thank you.

Spacious room for the size of a standard room type. Complete prayer rug and Al Quran too. Comfortable and quiet place. I like to stay here. Good design! Complete TV channel! Wow, it's really nice and will come back here again when there is service in Jakarta, part of Blok M. 😂

The hotel is average, the water isn't hot, it's still being fixed. Check-in is at 1 PM, does housekeeping have time to clean the room? It would have been better to check in as usual at 2 PM. But the location is very strategic, you can just walk to Blok M or Blok M Hub.

Okay, how do I begin? First, the check-in process should be quicker. I arrived at 2 PM and still had to wait for nearly 30 minutes to get my room, but I guess it's understandable; the reason was a lot of guests did late check-out. I didn't expect more from the room, but what really irks me was the smell of the bathroom. You could at least change the air freshener with a new one. And also to the electric socket, I didn't know how the layout was, but I had to move my bedsheet a bit to get to the electrical socket and charge my phone. A bit of effort for the only one socket. Adjust the lighting, despite the mezzanine type of room and large window, it felt like the ambiance of the room was so dark. Overall it was just okay, but I am not sure I will stay at that hotel again.

To be honest, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Jakarta. The hotel towels smelled of cigarette smoke and were dirty, the pillows were really hard, and the teapot still had water left in it as if it had been used up, there were no tissues, the water heater was dead, and there were no plugs.

The hotel was hard to find, hidden from the surrounding buildings. There was no sign. Phone reception was poor inside. The hotel's Wi-Fi didn't even work. The room was cramped. The bed was uncomfortable.

The bedroom sheets were clean, though there were stains that hadn't been removed after washing. It was spacious enough for one person. There were ants and small cockroaches in the bathroom, and the shower ceiling was also leaking and damp from water seepage. Because it's next to the road, it's noisy from motorcycle exhausts in the middle of the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, from security, front desk staff, and cleaners. The room was large and had a mezzanine, making it comfortable. However, the sofa in the room looked old and moldy. Other than that, the room was a bit dated, but the bed and bathroom were still comfortable. A big plus was the strong, well-functioning water.

Yes, you get what you pay for, but I think the small things could be improved. What I experienced: -Wi-Fi didn't work at all -Room wasn't thoroughly swept, with lots of small debris left over -White linens were dull and stained. It looked like they hadn't been replaced -Bathroom was dirty, especially around the closet -Paint on the walls was starting to peel -Broken curtain pulley -Very poor soundproofing, especially since it's next to the road, so it was very noisy -Hot shower worked well upon check-in, but wasn't hot enough the next day -Minimal mirrors, only in the bathroom -Only a roll of tissue was provided on the table (there were no tissues in the bathroom) -FO was to the point, just a reminder of check-out time, no questions asked, just a casual question about whether to extend (it's just a matter of preference, some like it or not).
