The hotel appearance was not the same as the image, it was spooky, dull, and broken outside inside. The most annoying is about the parking area, we did valet parking due to limited parking lot but in the morning we saw smoke ashes around the second row and my door trim! I don't even smoke yo! What the hell did they do when I left the key for my car? Smoke inside my car?

The worst hotel ever. They posted the picture was really good on app. But when we came there doesn't meet our expectation at all! The staff was unhelpful. No bathmat, no AC, bad smell, waiting time so long. Key doesn't work and every time we tried to open our room we need to go to the front office because they didn't fixed our key! Inside the room a lot of mosquitos and an ants! Nasty! The elevator doesn't meet the safety requirements for guest! We were really upset to stay there.

The staff are friendly, but the hotel is not maintained, the air conditioner is on but can't be turned off so it feels like at the poles, it's really cold, the lights are minimal, and the night is turned off so it feels like a grave, the water pool is green so you can't use it to swim, it's a shame even though the hotel is good, the maintenance is good. Let it come back as good as in the photo,

I chose a deluxe room so that it was more comfortable, but instead it became stressful to see the quality which was very embarrassing, like a public toilet, what is the rating of 8.3 based on for the application rating, I looked again at the reviews and it turned out that many had experienced this, the photos and ratings were not clear, aka deception.

Di Kuta dengan harga terjangkau, hanya kebersihan kamar ditingkatkan lagi. Kamar mandi lantainya licin (pemilihan kramik kurang pas). Cari makan di sekitar hotel banyak pilihan.

Kamarnya bagus dan bed nya super nyaman AC nya dingin kamar mandinya bersih overall saya sangat menikmati menginap di sana walau pagi pagi ada kejadian gempa di Bali yang bikin panik seluruh penghuni hotel tapi saya akan kembali lagi dan menginap di sana.

Lobby bagus untuk first impression. Tapi untuk koridor depan kamar butuh peremajaan lagi. Kolam tidak bisa di gunakan. Meja dan kursi dekat kolam tidak ada seperti yang dicantumkan di aplikasi. Toilet flush di kamar rusak, lift hanya bisa untuk 2 orang. Breakfast jam 09.00 sudah habis dan menunggu hampir 1 jam makanan baru ada. Kabar baiknya sebelah hotel ada food court.
