This hotel's service is the best, from security to the receptionist. I was hopeless when I ordered online transportation and no one would pick me up at 7 PM. Luckily, there was a security guard, Mr. Dedi, who was willing to take me. Next time I'm in the Cikole area again, I'll definitely stay here again.

The water heater wasn't working, so I complained to the staff. The Wi-Fi was also buffering and very slow, there was no hair dryer, and the bathroom was dirty. For a price of 700,000+, a hair dryer should have been provided, at the very least. There were also flies in front of the room.

The villa design overall is okay. The problem is with the cleanliness. There are lots of ants in the bathroom. The ants can even crawl on top of the dining table. Lots of other insects entered the villa too. Some of the insect nets on top of the corner of the villa are no longer there. Dust is also present everywhere. Breakfast is good though.

It's an old hotel, but it's very cool and has a nostalgic atmosphere. I stayed in a superior room, which probably just needs a little renovation and replacing the interior and furniture. Otherwise, it was great, with a delicious breakfast.

Highly recommended. Almost the entire area is clean. Lots of garden spots. The mosque is very nice, very cool, and the location is strategic to several tourist attractions. The staff is friendly. Feedback: the restaurant's food could be improved.

Check in Saturday, January 17th at 4 pm, the condition of the rain was quite heavy, the air temperature was quite cold maybe because of the rain. The hotel is actually comfortable, but because it is old, the condition of the building shape needs a lot of repairs, the ceiling is leaking, peeling, then the bed sheets are also thin to the point that the layer is transparent but has not been replaced. The breakfast menu is not much but enough, the taste is ordinary, only breakfast has to wait for the F&B person because at 6.30 to the restaurant it was still pitch dark and there was not a single person, asked the security guard and he said the restaurant people had not come yet. Overall for a short rest, okay but don't expect much, I ordered through ota, it's quite expensive for that price in my opinion.

I stayed here for work in the Ciater area. The hotel is old but still comfortable, clean, and affordable. Even without air conditioning, it's quite cool because the area is cold. The area is spacious, with a restaurant and an outbound area. It's perfect for family gatherings. The service is friendly and fast. Recommended for a staycation to get some fresh air. It's close to Tangkuban Perahu, Sari Ater Water Park, and D' Castello. There are also many cafes nearby with views of the pine forest.
