The hotel is very beautiful and the views from the balcony are stunning. Food from restaurant and breakfast were very good. Only disappointment was the visit to the spa: all over the hotel there was advertising saying 25 percent discount at spa between 11am and 3pm, when I called they said they only open at 5pm (what's the point of advertising this discount then?). Well there was also a 30 percent discount offered for the evening which I also wasn't able to receive because the massage therapist wanted to go home at 7.30 and therefore did let me book only a 1h massage (advertised opening hours for the spa was closing at 11pm). However I would stay at the hotel again, just not using their spa service which is a shame because it is a very nice designed spa.

Strategis tempatnya, kamarnya besar, view dari balkon lgsg laut lepas, kalo sore2 pas air surut bisa jalan lumayan jauh ke arah laut dari arah kolam renang, tapi kemarin dpt kamar di lantai 5, wifinya mati. But overall its a pleasant stay

Receptionists double charge for the food and an extra night at the hotel. Paid once for hotel stay the night before and then they charge again right away in the morning saying there is no record of payment.
