Makanannya enak masakannya juga enak, pelayanannya kurang baik dan enggk cekatan. Sampai hotel masuk kamar TV mati gak ada salurannya, komplen ke pihak hotel bilangnya nanti tunggu teknisi lagi pergi, its okey kami tunggu. Jelang sore komplen lagi masalah TV yang mash belum ada salurannya (karena bawa anak-anak) nyari hiburannya, katanya nunggu besok pagi. Ehh sampai pulang gak di tangani. AC proses dinginnya mesti nunggu waktu lumayan agak lama. Selebihnya cukup baik. Semoga segera diperbaiki.

The rooms are quite clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works fine. TV has several channels that don't exist. The rest please rest here.

Others are good. Only the room air conditioner seems to have a timer to turn off for a while and then turn on again. Over and over.

Untuk kategori Guest House, Sutan Raja mah keren. Ada lift untuk tiap lantai, makanan nya juga enak. AC dingin, perabotan lengkap. Yang kurang hanya siaran TV tp ga masalah karena memang nginap bkn untuk nonton. Ada air panas juga, hanya menurut saya dikasih pembersih lantai & wastafel ya biar cling lantai & wastafelnya.

+ Pelayanan ramah.+ tempat strategis.+ breakfast enak dan bervariasi.+ AC dan water heater berfungsi dengan baik.- remot TV dan STB tidak berfungsi, tapi saya komplain langsung diganti.- saat saya datang, sabun dan shampo habis.- waktu saya keluar titip pesan ke resepsionis untuk refill sabun dan shampoo, ternyata waktu saya balik ke hotel sabun dan shampoo masih dalam keadaan kosong.
