Great hotel with friendly staff and tasty food with a lot of variety for breakfast buffet. Room is large, new and the entire hotel is very clean. The only drawback is too far from the city. It is very close to the airport though. Good for a layover stay.

The hotel was clean, nice and very comfortable for me, but there was one thing that disappointed me, when I checked out, it was too fast. I was called to my room at 11.45. There was a cleaning staff who immediately approached me.

The staff are friendly But for the food at breakfast, the variety and taste are still very lacking. The cleanliness of the room is also still very far from the standard of a 4-star hotel Because under the sofa, near the carpet and under the bed are full of dust and there are still remnants of candy / food wrappers from previous guests. Hopefully in the future CS staff can be added, so that the room is cleaner.

The airport drop-off time has been given and scheduled but the service provider did not come or there was no shuttle service to the airport. If there is no airport drop-off service, why advertise free airport drop-off from the hotel.
