Kecewa dengan hospitality staffnya, tidak seperti biasanya saya menginap di Sylvia di kasih kamar yang jendelanya rusak, dibiarkan terbuka sepanjang malam, dan kamar mandinya seperti itu. Sangat kecewa, kenapa mereka harus jual kamar seperti itu, kalau memang kamar itu belum layak buat di jual dan butuh perbaikan. Harus marah marah dulu ke receptionist, dan di kasih kamar yang sama dengan jendela yang tidak bisa di tutup. Bahkan receptionistnya minta uang kalau mau upgrade ke kamar yang lain. Semoga saja managementnya bisa memantau drama staffnya.

The hotel is very affordable but still has decent facilities. The toilet is not so good (leaking pipes and stinky), but can't really complain for that price. We have to sign an agreement to not smoking in the room, but the room has a strong cigarette smell.

Nice staff but very old hotel, bed smell from the bathroom. Aircon not cold. There was a rat on the table when we had breakfast ðŸ˜

Thank you to the management of Hotel Sylvia Budget for providing a comfortable stay so that I could enjoy the facilities provided. Only one thing is related to the unstable internet wifi network (often disconnecting itself). Hopefully next time it can be fixed.

Friendly staff, varied breakfast menu. But in the room I got, the toilet flush wasn't working even though the engineer had tried to fix it.
