I was greeted with a slice of tart cake that read "Welcome to me and my family." The bathroom mirror also had a special welcome message for me and my family. The Tebu Hotel welcomed me wonderfully. I stayed for 3 nights. The service was excellent, the laundry was clean, and the staff was friendly. The staff responded quickly to any request I made. It was amazing.

The hotel is very near to a lot of fashion outlets and eateries. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a few days in an amazing 2 level room fit for my family of 6. Kids loving it so much. We also love to start our days there with variety of delicious breakfast at the rooftop with amazing scenery of Bandung city. We’ll definitely come back here in the future.

First time staying here and it turned out to be very comfortable, the location is close to restaurants and shopping centers, and Gedung Sate. Strategic location for culinary delights, good service, and delicious breakfast (especially the mung bean porridge). The only minor issue is the placement of the TV in the family room (mezzanine style). For those of us who are 185 cm tall, our heads hit the TV every day. However, for those under 180 cm, it's safe. Other than that, this hotel is excellent. I'll be back next time.

Just checked in, dirty, asked for a change of bed cover and waited for an hour, very unprofessional. Housekeeping said there was only one person. What? 4-star hotel? Only one person? Seriously.. this is a 3-star hotel. Not up to 4-star standards. Breakfast is also not good.. terrible... needs to be improved again. There's no way this is a 4-star hotel. Please review it again.

The AC isn't cold enough. The shower is large and the bathing area is small, so it gets the entire bathroom wet. It's a 4-star hotel, but it feels like a 2- or 3-star hotel. The only good thing is the location. It's close to culinary spots and Cihapit Market.
