Check in was a bit delayed so we have to wait around 20 mins before we can get to our room. Tried lunch at the restaurant. Taste was really good for most food we tried although the waiting time can be faster. The price was reasonable for the taste.

It was a great stay! The room was new, clean, and spacious. The restaurant was dope! They offered some traditional street food for breakfast, and I loved it! Above all, the staff were very responsive and kind. I stayed with my mom and we both enjoyed it a lot! Will definitely come back if I happen to visit Bandung again. Thank you the 101 Dago:).

Overall it was a great stay, I booked a room for 3. The other bed was actually situated near by window and the bed was bad compare to the 2 normal one. Its like an extra bed with bad quality, my friend having trouble sleeping on it tho. And the bathroom drain was so slow that it could be full of water when you bath and even on the sink where you wash your face. The AC was so cold tho + point. The Wifi sometimes is working and most of the time not, hp signal was very bad. Parking lot was small and packed with cars but thanksfully they offer free valet and the guys were so kind and helpful.

It ' s a bit unpleasant experience but we really appreciate the Manager on Duty, Kang Dirman (hope I'm not mistaken with the name). First timer staying at 101 Dago, I had bad impression & experience. It ' s too bad for 4-star hotel, they could do better in service and hospitality. Very slow response from the front office/reception, the hotel staff was not helpful and not so responsive EXCEPT the staff from housekeeping/room service. But, as I said earlier, after I complaint the main issue, the manager came to our room and he was genuinely listening my thought and suggestion for their improvement because the front office is the face of the hotel. And what I appreciate the most was the follow-up action from the Manager (Kang Dirman). The management should raise this man. I rate 4-smiles because of his capability on handling the problem. Aside from the unpleasant service/hospitality we had, the facility was good, the room was clean and quiet spacious, the amenities was nice. If they could improve the taste of the breakfast, that would be great. Hope this hotel could improve more in every aspects in the future, especially security & front office!
