It was a pleasant stay for sure! My fam and I got my room upgraded for free: 3 nice place, good hospitality, totally satisfied! The only thing I find lacking on this hotel is the fishy glassware during the breakfast and the noise from the street:")

The room is clean and enough space to three person. I like the meal for breakfast. So many choices even there are several flavors of ice cream. The valet is very helpful because there is not enough parking space. One thing to make it better, you can put extra water dispenser. So not too far from the guest rooms.

Thank you for the hospitality during our family short trip. It was really great experience! Did not expect that the request has been realized by the staff. They’re really helpful and cheerful. The food kind of limited but not too bad. The room was OK nothing’s matter, maybe need a change in towels. The pool very cold at 6 am although the space very small looks like a kids' pool. Overall 101 Bandung was a good stay!

Nice and homey hotel for one night stay in a stylish room, clean, fresh, cozy and good service. Also, the 101 hotel is in the best point in Bandung city, at the center, then gave us new experience for stay in my own city...hahaha..... We will make a plan for longer staycation at this 101 Hotel Bandung Dago next time....

The location was really great, close to everywhere, and taxis were very easy to get. The service was top-notch. The hotel wasn't that big, but it was convenient enough. The facilities were well-maintained, and the hotel staff responded quickly and were very helpful. I had no issues staying here and would consider coming back again in the future

I arrived at the hotel at 18.00 or more but the room was not ready yet and I have to wait for another 5 minutes. it wasn’t early check in, I assume my room will be ready at that hour.
The wifi provided in the card wasn’t working, I have to call front desk and informed them.
with such price, there are many other option with quality service that I expected will be great from 101.

The service is really great. I had a complaint and input on several things. I WA to the personal assistant listed in the hotel room and was immediately followed up by the hotel staff. Very fast.
Every staff starting from the bell boy, ground staff and receptionist is not unfriendly. Everyone is always friendly greeting guests who stay.
1o1 hotel is really great. Will definitely come back again when on vacation to Bandung
