This hotel is combined with an apartment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the service is excellent. It's conveniently located near the A2 food court, adjacent to Batam Square Mall, and close to Grand Mall. If you're looking for durian, you can find it right next door. It's almost a complete experience.

Perhaps more seating could be added in the lobby. It's enough to stand for about 5 minutes waiting for check-in or check-out. For breakfast variety, perhaps Chinese food could be labeled halal. Since I'm Muslim, I'm a bit worried about choosing food, so I can only choose rice dishes.

Although the hotel building looks old and worn, it all pays off with the comfort provided. It was truly a pleasant staycation experience. The super spacious room is also affordable. For IDR 500,000, you can get many benefits for IDR 3,000,000 from a 5-star hotel. The restaurant waiter, Azzam, was very impressive and made my heart melt. Swimming in this hotel pool is like swimming in a spring. The water is clear, cool, and doesn't smell of chlorine. Although the pool looks old-fashioned, the shortcomings are outweighed by the many advantages. Close access to shopping centers like BCS Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The receptionist was very friendly and prompt. So far, I love my staycation here. I'll be back next time.
