The Gaia Hotel's photos are top-notch, with all the photo spots beautiful. However, for a hotel of The Gaia's stature, breakfast is truly disappointingly unimpressive. Especially with the hustle and bustle of the Eid holiday, it seems the management is lacking in providing a comfortable breakfast experience. They even ran out of drinking glasses, and even after asking repeatedly, they still weren't provided.

Hotel Gaia, our first time here, the view is beautiful directly to the hill, the service staff from the reception explained the facilities and rooms in detail; and the receptionist connected us to the wellness section to book pilates exercise facilities. In the wellness section, Mr. Iwa's excellent service was very helpful in helping us book a pilates class that we could try for two (my wife and I). It was nice to be able to balance it with pilates exercise with the pilates teacher, Ms. Febri. For the food, there is a variety with beautiful natural views, and other facilities are many, including a jogging track for morning walks and many other facilities such as a pool, garden, and many plants, cool air, waterfall pool, and of course we will come back again for our next vacation, thank you all for the good service at Hotel Gaia.

The hotel is perfect for relaxing, yet close to Bandung and Lembang. It has a heated pool and a fully equipped gym. We recommend staying at the club for more privacy and a less crowded breakfast. So far, so good, thanks to Gaia.

The rooms aren't particularly luxurious, but we were thankful for the complimentary snacks. The check-in/check-out area is too large; perhaps a partition could be installed to allow for more comfortable seating on the sofa while waiting. The breakfast menu is varied, but the serving seems old and cold, not fresh.
