這次入住體驗讓我很失望，工作人員WAWAN以及房間的設施和清潔都讓我很失望。
辦理入住時，我被要求支付10萬印尼盾的押金。但我身上只有5萬印尼盾的現金。工作人員問我是否可以轉帳支付押金，他們拒絕了，並且沒有提供其他解決方案，只讓我把錢送到300公尺外的Alfamidi（一家印尼食品店）。酒店的規定應該更靈活一些，允許客人在沒有現金的情況下進行轉帳。既然Traveloka應用程式裡已經設定好了，客人可以用金融卡或現金支付10萬印尼盾的押金。
此外，我預訂的是“無菸房”，但房間裡卻瀰漫著濃重的煙味，客房服務人員甚至還要向酒店索要拖鞋才能提供。
這次入住體驗讓我非常失望。
