A very nice and family-friendly place for a holiday. They have a swimming pool and massage area. Breakfast is also provided here. Nice view and easy access to all places. Got shop nearby and also they have a nice view. Really recommended this place. The staff were friendly and really helpful. They also provide hotel transfer with a cheap price.

我曾多次入住這家飯店，通常都預訂標準客房。這次我預訂了豪華間，但感覺標準房更舒適，豪華間只是空間更大一些。我們一行三人，加了一張床，但提供的盥洗用品只夠兩個人用，明明應該是三個人用的。辦理入住時，前台也提醒我飯店要提供三個人的盥洗用品，因為我之前入住時也遇到過這種情況，只提供了兩個人的盥洗用品和礦泉水。希望飯店能改進這一點。至於清潔度，還可以，飯店的地理位置也比較優越。

air panas tak ada..dah complaint pun sama je..anak kecil nangis2 mandi air sejuk..pressure air tak kuat..kejap ada kejap tak ada..syiling bilik air terbuka..bilik sebelah utk staff bising gelak2 kuat ganggu anak nk tido.bilik kotor.. NOT recommended..stay 2 malam breakfast menu sama je..spoil mood cuti..anak tido pun gatal2..bilik nombor 5..NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY

Pelayanannya sangat baik, staff ramah, suasana sangat nyaman, kamar dan toilet sangat bersih. Bisa sewa motor yg mempermudah kita mau kemana aja. Besar kamar cukup dan tidak terlalu sempit/lebar.
Untuk pecinta kuliner mungkin makanannya masih kurang oke. Tpi over all masih bisa dinikmati 😁
Next time bakalan nginap di sini lagiiii ♥️

pengalaman nginep disini bareng istri cukup memuaskan. baik dari kualitas kamar overall baik, kecuali tv yang gabisa buka netflix sama sekali. kamar mandi juga lega dan ada air panasnya. kebutuhan kamar seperti air serta teh kopi dan gula setiap hari di-refill. begitupun sabun sampo pasta gigi dan simat gigi.
kamar juga ada ac dan lemari serta meja. ada fasilitas teras kamar meskipun saya dan istri mengambil kamar non view tapi cukup puas
fasilitas kolam juga baik, ada anjungan kapal juga dan bisa untuk jadi spot foto.
sarapan juga bervariasi baik dari makanan berat hingga ringan. jus kopi dan teh serta buah potong juga lengkap
overall 8.7/10

staf hotel kurang untuk kasih pemberitahuan. smpai saya ditegur sama pemilik karna disuruh bayar makanan lebih untuk anak. sebaiknya saat check-in di jelaskan secara detail gimana prosedur di sana/saat masuk tempat makan ditanya ada brp anak dan usia berapa yg sudah kena tarif. dan staf nya kurang ramah

Pengen balik lagi ke siniiii. Lokasi strategis. Depan hotel ada minimarket. Tenang. View breakfast langsung Danau Toba. Ada waktu balik ke sini lagi😊

1. Value for money
2. Close walking distance from the hotel to surrounding, had a good dinner at Ginger restaurant. Young chef but good food
3. The bath room is run down and badly need maintenance. The hot water was not working and had to call in the maintenance crew but they were not able to fix it so had to bathe in very cold water. Only the next day, hot water was fixed.
4. Tap water is not drinkable don't use to brush your teeth - across the road has convenience store to buy your portable water.
5. Breakfast was good but the same for days - they have cats meowing for food at your feet. The ambience was beautiful with the lake view having breakfast

Semuanya sudah oke, bagus, nyaman banget, emang cocok buat nyari ketenangan. Maaf ya buat owner, kemarin kita main UNO berisik, sampai ditegur (tegur sopan kok) hehhehehe, tapi emang salah kita sih, karena yang lain kan sudah pada istirahat, takutnya mengganggu tamu lain, tapi apa pun itu, PENGEN LAGI BALIK KE SINIII 🥹❤️❤️

Banyak nyamuk, air panas tidak fungsi, kamar bau, banyak semut di meja, kran air wastafel rusak, pelayan tidak ramah, keadaan kamar tidak sesuai dengan foto yang ada di apps, kamar kecil dan sempit, tempat parkir terbatas.
