You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. It's quite expensive for a homestay. 300k+. Got a dusty 2nd floor room. The sofa is not the same as in the photo and is dusty. No soap shampoo. It's better if there's no need to replace the refrigerator with facilities that are indeed useful for those who stay overnight. Wooden cupboards and a bit smelly then there is trash from people who previously stayed.
