Both my wife and I slipped and fell as we exited from the bathroom due to a very slippery floor! My wife fell as she went to the toilet just as we ready to go to bed on the second night of our stay. She had a nasty cut at the back of her head that needed four stitches. I also slipped and fell exactly the same way as my wife on the following morning as we were getting ready to check out. The back of my head was badly wounded that needed seven stitches. Other than the above, the hotel is good value for money. It is clean with very friendly and courteous staff.

This is the best hotel in Bengkalis, it is super comfy and super clean. But, they don't have lift, so we have to walk by stairs to the third floor
