We stayed 2 days in terrace villa. The view outside the villa is unbeatable compared to other villas in Ubud I believe. Seeing the sun rise behind the forest cheered me up every morning. Staff is polite and helpful and they can remember residents name. They can arrange shuttle service to Ubud city centre for you almost immediately. It's only a 10 mins ride and they provide this service till 11pm. Food at Cascade Restaurant is good. Many choices for the breakfast.

服務品質很棒

While the resort itself was beautiful, I was uncomfortable with some interactions involving drivers. One driver quoted me a transfer price much higher than the rate later confirmed directly by the resort and suggested using a relative for transportation instead. I ultimately chose a ride through Grab because I preferred the transparency, tracking, and accountability of the app. I also experienced a few comments/interactions from drivers that felt overly personal or suggestive and did not feel professional to me as a solo traveler.

What an extraordinary experience. Beautiful facility, spacious room, high end amenities, extraordinary service. We were constantly surrounded by Balinese sincere kindness and attention to every need. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Many of whom have worked there since the hotel opened 20 years ago. You can't do better in my mind and I've traveled the world.

全体的には凄く良いホテルでした。 施設の古さが目立つかな。 特に部屋が、、、 今回はエレファントヴィラに泊まりました。 スタッフさんの対応や食事の美味しさ、スパも凄く良かった。 部屋はあまり期待しない方がいい。 年数が経っている割には、料金が高めと感じました。 そこを許容できるならおすすめです。 メインプールも素晴らしい。

We stayed in the Garden Villa, one of the more luxurious villas. Private pool (heated upon arrival!). A lot of luxury and space, all very nice. We tried both restaurants, the fine dining one with a set menu (vegetarian option available) had amazing food. Expensive… but worth it. We never got to rhe communal pool as our own was so good. Complimentary shuttle to/from Ubud. Otherwise for other transport, get the Grab app, works very well and cheap - 25 Euro for a 2 hour drive). You need cash for this. Tried Ubud Palace and the dance show, very nice but to see anything you need to come 1 - 1.5 hour before show and get a front seat.

Everything about Viceroy is absolutely amazing. Great rooms, great staff, great everything. Every single member of the staff was 10/10 with a special shout out to Dewa who helped us check in and was amazing from day one.
