Everything is perfect, 3 nights here are very comfortable, road access is not tiring, in the middle of the city. The elevator is comfortable, not troublesome. Next time I will stay here again. Very simple, it's close to everywhere. The chicken soto is delicious and the portion is large. Thank you.

I booked a room for my boss who was on duty in Balikpapan with Traveloka order number 1260213237, to stay for 2 nights. First, I would like to apologize because when picking up, I made a parking mistake and forgot to leave the key. I would really appreciate it if I was reprimanded to move the vehicle.
However, I deeply regret the impolite attitude of the hotel security who used harsh language, even much harsher than the thugs in the market.
We plan to receive guests from Jakarta who will be on duty in Balikpapan for the next two weeks.
In connection with this experience, we have decided to cancel our plans to stay at this hotel and we will not recommend this hotel to colleagues or employees who will be on duty in Balikpapan.
