The hotel staff is friendly. Check-in and check-out are fast. The room is quite spacious and has complete amenities. There's coffee, tea, and mineral water, a water heater, a safe, two hangers, and slippers. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There are pros and cons, though. The AC and TV work well.
The hotel is strategically located in downtown Balikpapan.
