Room is clean and comfort. I would advise hotel to replace towels with the new ones as they are seems to be old and not clean.

The room have air conditioning but hot special by 3-4 pm because direct sun I gues then AC can not set by each room. In the bathroom has no hairdryer … other than is okay.

AC nya sangat tidak berfungsi, pekanbaru yg lagi panas2 nya, balik hotel kya masuk sauna, uda panggil teknisi, tetep aja panas. Mau komplen pindah kamar tapi ribet banget. Intinya PARAH.

I would've given the maximum review if I don't have to spend extra money to buy coffee while waiting for early check-in while I have an appointment in the afternoon for training and I want to freshen up before the time but overall the stay there is very nice. Front desk is friendly, waiter/waitresses are also friendly, breakfast is also okay. Overall, the stay there is quite good.

The room smiley, the towel not clean and have dark spot and color not white, had complained they bring new towel with good condition, bathroom leak from the roof, when we used toilet water drip from roof. Its so annoying.

The room is modern and comfortable for sleep, not too spacey for someone who brings children even the rest of the hotel facility also not children friendly (no bunk bed, the room is very small). Unless you bring a baby who hasn't walk yet, I suggest check out for other hotel. The breakfast unfortunately is bare minimum. There are no fruits/fresh salad. Although they serve juice, bread, tea, coffee, and regular rice with the sides. Also there 's no gym or other sport facility. I'm really bumped. It 's quite pricey for such limited service 🙏🏻.
