A perfect hotel for transit, it's located in the heart of Tanjung Uban, strategically close to all transportation options. It's close to the RoRo and Speedboat ports, supermarkets, Alfa & Indo stores, ATMs, and more.

The room's AC didn't work so it was uncomfortable to sleep because it was hot, you only got 2 glasses of mineral water to drink, the bath water couldn't be warm/hot, you could only get normal temperature water, the blanket was made of a rough towel-like material so it wasn't very good either, the water turned off in the morning so it was difficult to flush the toilet after defecating, the pillows on the bed weren't very comfortable to use, and the information on Traveloka said that you didn't need to pay a deposit, or the deposit was IDR 0, but when you were at the hotel you were still asked for a deposit

If you want to stay overnight as a transit place, that's fine, the receptionist service is also friendly, only the AC is cold and noisy for a long time, the toilet looks like an old toilet, the floor of the room is sticky when it gets wet

For family trip with kids, I'd like to suggest order Standard room at least. I was upgrade my room from economy to Standard on the next day. Overall, fair price fair quality.

Kurang menyenangkan karena tempat tidur berisik, setiap bergerak selalu berbunyi. AC juga lambat dingin, baru mulai terasa dingin setelah 3-4 jam dihidupkan.

At the first I got a small room as my order, but they gave the room with bad aircondition. It was not cold. The staff sent maintenant worker to fix the aircon but it didn't work. They didn't offer me to replace the good one utterly 😔 Eventually I asked for upgrading the room by paying some money to obtain the good room with a good aircondition.
