房间空调坏了，热得睡不着，矿泉水只有2杯喝，洗澡水不能温热，只能是常温水，毯子是粗糙的毛巾状的，也不好，早上停水，大便后冲马桶很困难，床上的枕头也不太舒服，Traveloka上的信息说不需要付押金，或者押金是0印尼盾，但到了酒店还是被要求付押金

For a family trip with kids, I'd like to suggest ordering at least a Standard room. I was upgraded from an economy room to a Standard room on the next day. Overall, fair price, fair quality.

At the first I got a small room as my order, but they gave the room with bad aircondition. It was not cold. The staff sent maintenant worker to fix the aircon but it didn't work. They didn't offer me to replace the good one utterly 😔 Eventually I asked for upgrading the room by paying some money to obtain the good room with a good aircondition.
