We chose this hotel because it is located inside the Paskal 23 mall. The hotel service was excellent since our family arrived at the basement parking of the Paskal 23 mall. The hotel staff helped us unload our luggage and provided free valet service so we didn't have to look for parking inside the mall. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and varied, the room was comfortable, clean, quite spacious with good room amenities. The hotel facilities themselves were complete and clean. The check-in and check-out process was fast and served friendly by the hotel receptionist. Satisfied and highly recommended 👍.

The location is in the city center, conveniently close to everything, but the parking is a bit tricky as it's part of the same building as Paskal Mall. The room is a bit cramped for three people, but still okay. The bathroom is clean, but there's no faucet, only a shower, so ablutions are a bit of a hassle.

Yello Hotel Paskal Bandung is located directly above the Paskal 23 mall, making it very convenient to walk directly to the mall, where there are many dining and shopping options. The mall also has many dining options in shophouses and food markets. The location is very strategic and easy to reach, close to Bandung train station, and there is also a free shuttle to and from the station. The service is also excellent. When the shower in our bathroom was problematic, the engineering team immediately came to the room to replace it with a new one within minutes. The room rate is also very affordable even though the room size is not too large. The bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended for those traveling to Bandung for culinary delights and walking around the city center.

My first time at Yello, it was great! The room was quite spacious and had a sofa. There were plenty of breakfast options. The location is definitely great, right next to the mall and plenty of shops nearby for culinary delights. A tip for the hotel: provide a box of tissues on the table, as they only have toilet paper.
