I would like to recognize Sathish at the front desk for his excellent service at check-in. We were coming to Dublin from the United States. Our flight arrived at 5:10 in the morning, we were very tired. Sathish worked it out to get in the room early after the room was cleaned. He kept us informed on the progress of our room. I was impressed and grateful for his service.

The hotel was close to the mall and walkable to bus stops and all necessary shops. The breakfast was the delicious and rooms were beautiful and maintained, just small and cramped for family of 4. The extra bonus was accessibility to filtered water unlimited. Will come back there in future. Because of hotel location, quality breakfast and cleanliness.

The bus station was less than 5 minutes away with direct routes to Dublin (30mins). Free parking and easy access to highways for travel to other cities. The breakfast was AMAZING! Well worth it.

Breakfast I would say covers all tastes. It a bit pricey
Reception staff less than friendly , pretty pre occupied when I was checking in
Location was perfect for my visit , parking a bit of a hot and miss

The hotel restaurant was okay for dinner, but not good for breakfast. The rooms were fine, but they weren't the comfiest beds, and it just didn't feel as nice as expected.

Really enjoyed our stay. Was delighted to have a small fridge, so rare to find these days! Staff were lovely and couldn't fault the hotel. Had small issue with room and staff immediately remedied the situation. Will definitely stay again!
