I can't say enough good things about the staff. After a long couple days of travel, the staff at reception may check in easy and were incredibly helpful. The location is nice in that it is easy access to the airport (free shuttle runs often) and just across the street from a bus stop that will get you to malahide or Dublin or wherever you need to go. The room was a good size, but very basic and a little dark. I did not test the Wi-Fi.

Excellent location for access to the airport. Walking time is about 5 to 10 min depending how fast you walk. They have shuttle that starts at 4am and it is every 20min. Food is also good.

I had a wonderful stay. The outside of the hotel seems a bit dated, but the inside is updated and beautiful. Lovely coffee shop in the lobby and an easy shuttle ride to the terminals.

The staff at this hotel was super helpful and very accommodating. The restaurant offered a fantastic dinner and had a great selection for the continental breakfast in the morning. Our room was a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. And it was quite outdated, with a bathroom that Could use some touching up. We just stayed one night at this hotel as we were catching a flight in the morning. It was convenient being close to the airport and having a shuttle. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes and is first come first serve. If it is busy, I recommend Leaving early so you don’t have to wait for the next shuttle.

There is no safe in the room ... odd as we are at the airport, therefore we are travellers. It would be nice to hold our travel documents safe and secure.

Didn't like the maze like feel when you leave your room to get to the front desk, would have like. Ore signage. We weren't the only ones, others in the hallways felt the same

I have to say that the check in staff was so incredibly helpful. There was an issue with my reservation and Alana was so nice and made sure that my daughter and I were taken care of and that I did not have any issue with getting a room. Moises was our waiter in the restaurant and he was extremely kind and prompt. The location is ideal if you have an early flight the next day.

I love this hotel for stop over flights to Dublin. It’s so handy and the rooms are nice the beds are fantastic but for the love of god please get a duvet that fits the bed lol
