Everything was excellent. The service was very professional, and the hotel was very clean. Also, the restaurant staff were very kind especially Simona. Simona was our waitress, and she was extra kind and sociable. I would recommend this place to all my friends and relatives.

This was an easy location for us given our flight schedules. The staff was super helpful in getting us to our next location-even helped us understand the difference in costs for uber/taxi/etc. These accommodations were great for us.

We stayed for two nights June 13 and 14. This hotel is close to the airport but without too much flight disturbance. The hotel was able to accommodate our family of three with a Queen and a Single bed (not a cot). The staff was excellent and Rajesh promptly with good communication handled our email request to add a second night, before we arrived , A+ to him. Gabrielle at the front desk was polite and efficient, with a beautiful smile, A+ to her! Luggage carts were available, cold water dispenser, coffee for a small fee, restaurant on site (although we did not use it); and there is a lovely clean pool to enjoy a refreshing swim. For a fee, 11 E each, a shuttle is available to pick up or drop off to the airport. One could uber or taxi to the town of Fiumicino for a seaside walk, many restaurants, gelato...or take an uber into the city center for about 60E. We would stay here again.

They tried their best but we had to switch rooms twice because the A/C was blowing warm air or not blowing at all. It’s really a one nighter hotel, no more, no less. The staff were business like and it wasn’t about building a relationship with the client, just business. Rooms are clean but pretty tight spaced and it’s your luck if you end up in the old building or get moved to the newer building, like they did with us.

I stayed here 7 years ago, so booked it again this trip. There is very minimal parking, so be forewarned, if you have a rental car. Breakfast is ridiculously priced at €18! The room was fine, but the outlet on one side of the bed, could be pulled completely out. The area is fine. I felt safe walking anywhere, as I chose not to drive since I didn't want to risk losing my parking spot. Restaurants in the area are nice, and better priced than the hotel. The location is close to the airport, so is convenient in that regard.

Hall carpeting dirty. Elevator tiny. Shower in room tiny. Nickel and dime you. Have to pay 1 euro to weigh your suitcase in lobby. Overpriced breakfast. Only positive was the pool area, which was nice. Restaurant surprisingly good. Would not stay again though

It was a quick overnight stay prior to getting on the international flight back home. Hotel was OK nothing impressive. The staff was nice. The room was strange with an opening front door out to the open air so I have a little concerned about Security throughout the night it was more like a motel than hotel.

Thermo hotel is close to the airport and to fiumicino village.
Very few public transportation to go to the village where you can find a lot of restaurants but you need to walk to attend them.
The swimming pool is a must thing to have because of the good Italian weather and the sun.
