We booked a triple room and it has two bathrooms with 1 bath, 1 shower and 3 sinks! The design of the room is very smart with plenty of rooms for luggages and closet to hang up clothes as well.

The hotel was wonderful with exactly what we wanted in a room. We even had a balcony, which was a real treat. The staff was wonderful and helpful. A great location to walk to all the sits.

Excellent experience all around. Very professional and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was great with an array of fresh fruit, Italian pastries, cold cuts, and warm dishes, including pizza! I would go back without hesitation.

A very strong experience. The hotel is 5 minutes from Roma Termini and the metro so is very well positioned. Like a lot of areas around main train stations, there are signs of homelessness but it still feels a very safe area. Very well placed for tourist attractions either by metro or by walking too.

Hotel is walking distance from Roma Termini but the street is away from seedy areas around the station. We walked to Trevi fountains, Colloseum & Spanish steps . There were number of dining options around . Our room was generous in size and provided a very comfortable stay. The lady at reception who check us in & out was friendly and efficient, we would recommend the hotel as an excellent option for short/long stay in Rome.

I loved the service from everyone they where great at the front desk, the clean up service, one problem was everytime we called food service nobody would answer, we would have to call the front desk and they would get someone on the phone. The hardest part was the inaccessibility around the hotel, the ramps to get to the restaurant are super steep so I had to go backwards, then I almost fell the second steep ramp, I had to be helped getting up the ramps on my way out and I had a smart drive on that couldn't handle how steep they are. And third the shower for someone in a wheelchair completely disabled it was hard, the first room didn't have a handle bars placed correctly so there's no way to hold your balance if you don't have good balance, your falling forward, the second room they gave my did have one handle bar in the correct place but still needed help because the shower chair was to small and out of plastic it was just a hard time overall but we managed luckily my GF was there

We had a great stay at the Best Western Universo. The location is excellent - within walking distance to attractions, conveniently close to the train station and restaurants but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was small but clean and the service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Black out curtains made it very easy to sleep. This hotel makes a great home base for exploring beautiful Rome. Would recommend!
