交通方便，出火車站已見到酒店，但房間非常黑，燈光不足夠。

Have bad smell coming out from the room. And the hotel using the strong lemon cleaning spray to cover the smell, at the end we can’t even breath and suffocated because of the strong cleaning stuff like detergent.

Too noisy, our room is right next to the bar, and we can hear people working and walking

Stayed one night for vacation. Very convenient location - next to the maiin train station. Breakfast was good. Hotel is a bit old carpet on public places could be renewed.

The Hot water needs TIME to start up the Heater in the room are not working at all , plus the staff are not trying to solve any questions just pretend to be busy. Very Terrible Experience.

非常好的住宿体验，就在火车站对面，离主要景点也很近，楼下还有一家网红牛排馆，天天有人排队！

Great location across the street from the train station. Pricing is reasonable. Beds could use better quality mattresses. Breakfast was delicious.

駅から近くて 旅行用スーツケースを持っても動きやすかった。フリードリンク無く 全てにお金がかかるがのが残念だが 朝食はとてもおいしかったです。

駅の真ん前にあるホテルで、周辺(すべて徒歩5分圏内)にはスーパーマーケットもあるし、コインランドリーもあるし、1.19セントショップもあるので、とてつもなく便利です。 また、同じく5分圏内に、かの有名な、サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ薬局もあります。 ただ、このホテルの入口付近～駅までそうなのですが、黒人のグループが、ずっと居座っております。フィレンツェの街の他の場所などは治安が良いため、驚きました。 何かされたとか、声をかけられるとかはなかったので、問題はありませんでしたが、このホテルの前はバス停で、常に人が多くなりがちです。 かつ、道幅も狭く、ガタガタなので、人が多いとただでさえ通りづらいので、注意が必要です。 朝食はとらないオプションにしたので、食事は分かりません。が、Aフロアというところにバーがあり、そこでワインオープナーを借りたのですが、そのバーのラテン系のような女性が素敵でした。明るく、笑顔が素敵な女性で、私も女性ですが、気持ちが明るくなりました。 お名前を聞けませんでしたが、ありがとう。 ベッドは、すごく高さがあり、座るのは一苦労です。私は165cmの女性ですが、海外で歩いてみてもそこまで自分が小柄とは感じませんでしたが、きっとあのベッドの高さは、欧米の女性の皆さんも、ちょっと大変なのでは？と思うくらい高さがありました。 小柄なアジア人は落ちないよう気をつけてください。

Muy bien ubicado, excelente trato del personal y el hotel muy bonito

Very good location. Ideal for the train station and walking into Florence. Very nice dinning area and breakfast selection. Can get a little crowded outside the hotel with people waiting for trams/buses. But that’s no fault of the hotel.
