We had a great experience at this hotel! A special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and not only did she allow us to check in before 3 PM, but she also kindly stored our luggage for free while we waited. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made our stay start on the right foot. Thank you, Stephanie!
the hotel just across the santa nouvella station which we used it many times Please ask for a room away from the bar and breakfast sooo delicious

ピサ観光の後に宿泊しました。フィレンツェ市内観光にも便利です。また鉄道駅の目の前なので朝早い移動でも問題ありませんでした。
スタッフはフレンドリーでした。
残念な点はエアコンが各部屋に設置されているタイプのもののため換気が十分でないのか、部屋に変な臭いがこもっていたこと、サイドテーブルに埃が多かったことが残念でした。

Have bad smell coming out from the room. And the hotel using the strong lemon cleaning spray to cover the smell, at the end we can’t even breath and suffocated because of the strong cleaning stuff like detergent.

The Hot water needs TIME to start up

In the evening we noticed a very loud noise from the AC, also when we turned it off. We told it at the reception and someone from the staff came only to laugh very unfriendly at us and to tell that he is no technician and can't do anything. He also said he has no other room for us and left. We are very disapointed from out stay because also the Toilet didn't worked well and at the second day also water dropped put the AC. Also the Location is not very safe next to the trainstation. I wouldn't come back..

フィレンツェ・サンタマリア・ノヴェッラ駅の改札口を出て、目の前にあります。
事前にメールでいろんなリクエストをしたのですが、全て対応して頂けました。ベッド２つの客室をリクエストしたところ、寝室が2つあり、それぞれにクイーンサイズのベッドがあると言う、大きな部屋にしてくれました。それぞれの寝室は広々としてました。
また、浴室も広々としており、浴槽もあるので、ゆったりとお風呂に浸かる事ができました。
エアコンもしっかり効いていて、快適な空調のなか。広いベッドで、ぐっすり眠る事ができました。
あえてマイナス点を言うと、この部屋の階が、半地下？みたいな階層で、窓からの景色がホテルの外壁だけしか見えませんでした。
でも、この部屋の大きさで景色の良い高層階だったら、スイートクラスのお値段になるとおもうので、朝食オプション付けて一泊220ユーロ(Expedia経由で予約)でこのお部屋なら、全く不満はありません。
最後に、「部屋が臭かった」と言う口コミが少なからず見られますが、サンタマリア・ノヴェッラ駅周辺が全体的に独特の匂いに覆われているので、その影響ではないでしょうか。
