Cardano Hotel Malpensa

This is a great find. Close to the airport for travellers and local eateries for those wanting food outside of the hotel. The room was amazingly spacious and luxurious and so clean. Parking out the front was easy. We had the breakfast, which had a good variety and fresh coffee as well. Would totally stay again and highly recommend to other travellers

The staff are what makes this hotel so brilliant. Both gentlemen that checked us in and out were very helpful with organising Transport to and from the hotel, and were very welcoming. The waitress was also lovely. Sorry I didn’t catch any of the staff names. The hotel is very lucky to have you! Keep up the good work guys!

Nice modern hotel close to the airport. Clean and comfortable room, attractive rate, offers airport shuttle. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff was very friendly. The only disadvantage is that other guests who wake up for their early flights can get noisy during early morning hours and this can be disturbing because the room isolation is not ideal.

Pesima experiencia, no habia agua caliente ni Aire Acondicionado. No me avisaron en el momento del check in y no me dieron ninguna solutcion. Me informaron que me Ivan a devolver parte del dinero y nunca paso.

It was a beautiful stay! Most of the staff members are super friendly, very helpful to tourists like us. The night shifts front desk staff are the best. We stayed here during the winter and at times the shower isn't as hot as we needed it. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Quiet neighbourhood- close to the airport. Efficient service at check in and check out.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable rooms. We booked 6 different room types. But no nearby places to eat. Hotel restaurant is kinda pricey. Breakfast is good. We would recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel from its unique shape to the proximity to where I needed to go which was within a short walking distance. This was my third time staying at Hotel Cardano and I will do it again on my next trip to Cardano al Campo

The room is good, but the breakfast is worst.

The Hotel is lovely and so close to malpensa airport which the hotel provides a shuttle too at a small cost. Only downside is it is not close to the centre of Milan and it takes a 45 minute train from malpensa airport to the centre. But that didn’t spoil the stay. Another thing is the room I found on Expedia didn’t look anything like the room we was given. The room was clean and nice so didn’t complain but was much smaller than expected. Staff were all very helpful and would stay again!

Some staffs were friendly and others were nothing to write home about. The lady at the dinner bistro is a credit to the hotel. We asked for a shuttle bus and the driver took us to the wrong bus stop .. not T1 exit 10 as they normally advise they pickup from. We spent over an hour looking for where to go and catch our bus and later got to town late which eventually led to us not doing what we wanted to do again. On coming back from town to T1, i rang the hotel and asked to be picked up confirming 3 adults and 2 children and also confirmed our location. We were lied to that they'd come out twice and we were nowhere to be found and that the driver would come out the third time. Well, there was traffic due to road works when we were picked up. I asked for iron so i could iron my children's clothing and i was asked to come back at 8am in the morning when my flight was at 7am. NO iron was given. My children couldn't swim as it is the main reason why i booked the hotel - their excuse was that it is winter. The kids swim all year round in the UK. So,why was this not in their policy to inform potential customers? The worst experience - this morning, one man was shouting at myself and my mum all because my parent wanted to follow children and I to the airport to go back to the UK. This man genuinely ruined my whole day and confirmed my suspicion about how they care and treat customers who have a different skin colour to them. Would i book this hotel in future? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They all spoke English which was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Although close to the airport, it was a cool little area to walk around and find bar and restaurants Also had wonderful breakfast which is included with your room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is fine with a shuttle available to the airport. However, there was constant traffic noise from the highway.

The hotel was fine. Close to the airport and it offered a good price. We had a good stay there.

Didn’t realize breakfast ended at ten. Pizza I ordered at little cafe was pretty bad. All the people were really nice.

They went above and beyond for me. My whole trip was better thanks to them. Close to the airport and they have a regular shuttle service.

Hotel was responsive to being picked up and dropped off. Room was great. Clean.Breakfast ok. Area was fine. Only downside was the guy at the front desk was less than cordial as was the driver to the airport.
